We work in Brussels and the surrounding area. A service farther away may be considered depending on the requirement.

There are no mileage charges within Brussels. Outside Brussels, any possible charges are specified in the quote.

An urgent request can be considered depending on availability. Call us directly to check the possibilities, without a guarantee of immediate service.

Provide the relevant addresses, preferred date, floors and the objects or furniture concerned. Photos of the access points may help us prepare the request.

A suitable space must be available to install the lift. Depending on the municipality and situation, a parking reservation or permit may be required. Tell us about access constraints when making your request. Parking details are specified in the quote.

Yes. The lift is available on its own with an operator, even when you organise the rest of the move yourself.

The operator installs and operates the lift. If you need help carrying objects, mention it in your request so that a suitable team can be planned. Carrying assistance is not automatically included.

Feasibility depends on the floor, the available setback and access through a window or balcony. Send photos of the access points so your situation can be assessed.
